You’ll receive a written estimate for approval before any work begins. We know that transparency is important and you should know exactly what’s being done to your machine and how much it will cost. We’ll make sure to communicate status changes frequently so you have accurate timelines to rely on. If any additional work is discovered during the repair process we’ll make sure you are informed of and approve it before any work is completed. You will be notified as soon as your repairs are completed and your final invoice will match the quotes you were given.
